    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the words “with the following amendments:

    On page one, subsection 2.1., by striking out the words ‘mail, fax or email.’ and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘mail, by fax to 304-558-4189, or by email to bswe2@suddenlink.net or amypolen@wvsocialworkboard.org.’.”
